Andrew Medders, CFP®

Andrew works as a Senior Financial Advisor with KFAC. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Liberty University with a concentration in Financial Planning. Additionally, Andrew has earned the CFP® designation and is an active member of the Georgia FPA society. Andrew’s responsibilities with KFAC involve working one-on-one with clients to develop, implement, and review comprehensive financial plans and investment strategies that are uniquely matched to their individual goals.

Prior to joining KFAC, Andrew worked 11 years for Fidelity Investments. As a Vice President Financial Consultant, Andrew was responsible for providing personal financial planning services for over 300 clients with over $600 million in assets. In this capacity he advised clients on their investments, retirement, education, taxes, insurance, wealth transfer, and risk management goals. Andrew is a five-time recipient of Fidelity’s President’s Circle award.

Prior to joining Fidelity, Andrew served five years in the United States Navy. While in this capacity, Andrew led a team in submarine warfare operations and personally conducted search and rescue operations as the lead Search and Rescue Swimmer. For superior performance of his duties, he was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal.

Outside of work, Andrew and his wife Erika love spending time in the outdoors hiking and camping with their three children Xander, Lola, and River; they also enjoy attending local festivals and exploring all that Georgia has to offer. Andrew and Erika are active members at the Northpoint Community Church in Buckhead.
