KFAC Office Closure - March 17th 2020

Scott Kays, CFA, CFP®, Managing Principal

March 17, 2020

As you might imagine, we have been closely tracking the facts surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic. I wrote you yesterday that employees would be working from home a good bit over the next few weeks. Out of an abundance of caution for the health of our employees, we will be closing our physical office as of Tuesday, March 17 until facts and circumstances warrant a reopening.

Though our physical office may be closed, make no mistake, we are still open for business and plan to be 100% operational. Other than not meeting in our office, we expect that you will notice virtually no difference in the service you receive from us.

We have been preparing for a situation like this for several months as part of our emergency response procedures. We have conducted several tests with employees working from home to make sure our systems were operational. We are very confident we can continue to provide you with excellent service without being physically present at our offices in the Galleria.

Our most important consideration is the health and wellbeing of our families, staff, and clients. We wish all of you the best and thank you for your continued trust. We are here for you. Please do not hesitate to reach out by phone or email as you normally would.
